·  Check-in 12: 00 / Check-out time is 11.00 A.M

·   Cancellation / amendment in case of FIT customers, when information is provided

§  More than 30 days in advance from the check-in date, no cancellation would be charged

§  Within 48 hours from the check-in date 1 night amount would be charged

§  In case of no show, no refund would be provided (full amount will be charged)

·   Cancellation / amendment in case of Group Bookings, when information is provided

§  More than 7 days in advance from the check-in date, no cancellation would be charged

§  Within 7 days from the check-in date 1 night amount (each room) would be charged

§  In case of no show, no refund would be provided (full amount will be charged)

·  Early check in and late check-out request are subject to availability and subject to the following charges.

§  Early check in before 6 AM and late check out after 2 PM would be charged half day (50% of room rent)

§  Early check in before 6 AM and late check out after 6 PM would be charged full day (100% of room rent) ·   

Without any advance payment the room would only be held on tentative basis and can be released anytime at the discretion of the management.

Note- We are accepting room booking on sale basis only .No refund of advance payment , so Please send booking on final confirmation we don’t accept any cancellation and amendment’s .As we have small property ,so it’s very difficult for us to do cancellation and amendments.

For Guest (Personal) Safety.

  • Please refrain from using any electrical appliances such as heaters, cooking appliances or irons that could cause a fire.

  • Please do not smoke in bed or in any place where smoking presents a fire hazard.

  • Smoking is not permitted, except in the designated smoking areas. Please refrain from any other acts that could cause a fire in your room or anywhere in DS Residency. As well as the cost of repairing any damage charge paid by guest.

  • Please make sure your door is locked when you leave your room. Please refrain from holding meetings with visitors in your room.

  • Please refrain from inviting outside visitors to your room.

  • No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in the room. The Hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.

  • Hotel reserves the right to send guests away from the Hotel due to their conduct and behaviour or for any other safety, security, medical reasons. This applies in particular, if Guests do not observe instructions given by Hotel employees, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger other guests.

  • Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms (meeting at reception / lobby).

Regarding Payment for Rooms/Services

As part of the pay@hotel mode, advance payment deposit for booking confirmation. Balance amount is to be paid at the Hotel directly at the time of check-in (as per the hotel’s policy).

Room Rent paid full in advance at check-in time. Online Booking is confirmed after received full payment in advance.

  • All taxes and charges shall be applicable on actual basis.
